Consent to the processing of personal data

We only process the Personal data you provide to us by filling in and submitting this form i.e. Name, Surname, E-mail Address and Telephone or other Personal data you may provide.
You grant this consent to the processing of Personal data for a period of 36 months from its disclosure.
You may revoke your consent at any time in writing by delivering to the postal address of JUT-ELSTAV, Ltd., or electronically at info@jut.sk
